Terms and Conditions of the "11% Off Everything" Promotion

1. Promotion Period
   The "11% Off Everything" promotion is valid from February 5 to February 8, 2026 (inclusive). The offer includes an 11% discount on all products available in the store.

2. Discount Calculation and Price Transparency
   The discount is a fixed 11% and applies to all products in the store.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

In accordance with applicable regulations (Omnibus Directive), alongside the promotional price on the product page, the lowest price of the product in the last 30 days before the price reduction is displayed.

3. Assortment and Availability
   The promotion applies to all products available in the store during the promotion period.

The discount does not apply to shipping costs (if applicable).

The number of products is limited by current stock. If stocks run out, the product will become unavailable.

4. Combination with Other Offers
   The promotional discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, subscription discounts, special offers, or loyalty programs unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a specific offer.

If two codes are attempted, the system will automatically apply the better discount or reject the additional discount.

5. Order Conditions and Price
   The price visible in the cart at the time of order confirmation (submission) is the final and binding price for both parties.

After the order is successfully placed, the product price will not change, regardless of later price updates on the website.

6. Returns and Exchanges
   Products purchased in the promotion are subject to returns under the same conditions as non-promotional products (in accordance with the right of withdrawal within 14 days).

In the case of a return, the customer will receive the amount actually paid (price after applying the 11% discount).

7. Final Provisions
   The organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early in the event of stock exhaustion.

Changes to the terms and conditions may occur for technical or legal reasons, but they will not affect orders placed before the change is made.
